Available for both the Genesis and the SNES, this game comes with the quirks of each system.  I’ll focus on the SNES version as its the better of the two.  This is a typical boardgame setup, hand shakes the dice (only one for this one), options relavent to the game and the board itself, which doesn’t look too particularily great.  Clue is one of those mystery board games, interrogate opponents, and eventually someone is found to be the culprit.  You’ll never know who it is, it’s all random.  This game has LOTS of option screens, and that is where most of the gameplay takes place.  Go with six players, and you can expect a long… boring, game.
