Despite the name of the series, it isn’t named after the main character, but one of the main leads.  The main lead himself is Yamato (Japan? LOL).  He is the stereotypical nice guy.  He can be dweeby, but he is also just as cocky, in a dweeby sort of way.  Largely irresponsible, he lacks dignity.  [...]
