There’s a boy and girl, mostly the girl, who show up continually on many of the title and option screens. They must be this games’ mascots or something. Options screens are not exactly straight forward, which did leave me scratching my head. This is a mini-game style game, and like many mini-game style games, it is competitive and has four players. There are three modes, free play, mini-Olympics and Full Olympics. Full Olympics is the full shebang, you get ONE CHANCE to complete an event right. Mini-Olympics lets you select which events can be chosen. Same one chance deal. Free play lets any event to be selected and replayed at will.
Music in this game sounds like NES music, which is strange for the SNES, I only thought this was possible on inferior sound synthesizer hardware. Graphics are monotone and shaded to match. Controls are also very awkward. I played through two events before I put the game down. The characters and whatever gear they have on, have extremely slow response times as they take time to move on the screen, move with a delay, accelerate slowly, or take TIME TO ROTATE.
I really didn’t care for this game, it is bad, but it could have been made better with extra polish and more kinks ironed out of the system.
